PTO Updates: Meeting Minutes, Volunteer Opportunities, and Dollar Fundraiser

Dear Families, 

I hope you all had a wonderful long weekend!  I am writing to share a few important updates and announcements from our Walnut Square PTO.

PTO Vacancies & Volunteer Opportunities:  The PTO is currently looking for volunteers to fill a few open vacancies on our PTO team!  Serving on the PTO is a wonderful way to get involved, share your ideas, and support our school community.  If you are interested in helping out or learning more about these open positions, please reach out via email at PTOWalnutSquare@gmail.com or join us at the next meeting.

The PTO Dollar Fundraiser Has Begun!:  The Walnut Square PTO has officially kicked off the Dollar Fundraiser to support the students and staff at Walnut Square!  Participation is easy:

• How it works:  Simply sign any line on the fundraiser sheet for a dollar.
• The Goal:  Try to collect 25 signatures ($25 total)!
• Raffle Prize:  If you fill all 25 lines, your child’s name will be entered into a special raffle to win a fun prize!
• Important Date:  Please be sure to send the fundraiser envelope back to school with your child by Friday, October 23, 2026.
