Dear Walnut Square Families,

This morning at approximately 9:50 am, the Haverhill Fire Department conducted a fire drill at our school.  I am happy to report that all students and staff did an excellent job of exiting the building quickly and safely.  They followed all of our procedures and directions beautifully, and we were very proud of their responsible and calm behavior.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.  

I also wanted to remind families that tomorrow is an early release day, and dismissal is 11:35 am.  Tomorrow is also an attendance incentive and raffle day!  For every Superstar who attends school tomorrow, you will receive a “Shine Bright” prize and have their name entered into a raffle for a chance to win a special prize!  Let’s see if our attendance rate tomorrow is higher than our last early release day!
